The turf sits on top, so I would do 1/4" on hinge side and 1/8" on the other sides.
The battery and charger do not come with mounting hardware for the onboard charger or the battery.Product link:. HI-POWER 48V LITHIUM BATTERY PACKS
There should be a VIN plate somewhere on the transom that you might be able to look up. Other than that, it will be difficult to figure out.
We are working on one now. It's not fully completed yet, though. We have the flooring portion completed but are working no the decking part.
Yes, it is able to be hard-wired. We recommend hard-wiring it. We have herd of issues where coming into a crowded area the Bluetooth signal can get lost, making the throttle unresponsive.
15" is the height of the transom on the Milha Boats.
We do not, however, we did work with a company called "pondtini" that builds smaller 12-14' pontoon boats. They would be a great option to look into.
Typically 3-4" depending on the weight inside the boat.
I really don't think the Milha is wide enough to use a Bimini top on.
You can, but depending on the structure of the boat you may need to add a thicker plate or wood below it to give the base some support.
The skiff is rated for 300lbs, 400 with person motor and gear. But this can handle much more.
We do not. We have to cut them like this in order to ship. However, you can always stop by one of our two locations to purchase a full 4x10' sheet OR source this locally to get a full sheet.
First, we recommend making a sketch and creating a layout. Here are a few videos and bullet points that will help you determine how much material you will need for your build. From there, you can go back through the kits and see which one has the amo
Yes, we do. Please use TBNVETS23 at checkout for 5% off of your order.
All of the dimensions on the double graph mount can be found in this video - https://youtu.be/0fj80QX_QKk.

We could build one out for your needs. It might take a little bit to complete, but it is possible. We have not tried a trailer yet for this boat, however we have ideas of making one out of a cheaper Harbor Freight trailer.
We're pretty sure you could convert one of those cheap Harbor Freight trailers to work with the Milha. We have ideas of doing this, but we have not had the time to pursue it yet but its possible.
We have applied this to a kayak before with no issues. Just make sure the surface is clean. We also have installed these on the Milha boats which are rotomolded plastic and they hold up as well.
These will be available again by the first of the year in Military Green!
We have one 12' Flatbottom kit, but we do not have a kit for the Craw Dad yet. Please let us know if you have any other questions!. https://tbnation.net/products/gen-x-boat-in-a-box-kit-1232-jon-boat.
We do not sell this. It is a 1/2" circular aluminum tube.
We have 2 locations, 1 of which are currently taking on build and that is the one in IL. We will leave a list of builders below, please call them for pricing and availability. Nate Eckhold - 309-231-3365. TBNation Outdoors MidWest. 2331 Lakecrest Dr.
We are hoping to have the flooring kit done and ready to go by the start of next year. The Bass Boat style setup of it is going to take a little longer to get together but these should be available at the beginning of the year.
Unfortunately, we do not have Blueprints for them, but the sizes are 20" long, 10" wide, and 10" tall. The angles that are attached to them are 1" each so that will add 2" to your width side on the transom.
Your boat might be a little large for these, We don't think they would be able to hold your boat that well. We think attaching them to the boat might be difficult as well.
We do not at this time. We have not had the opportunity to have one in one of our shops to make a drop-in kit for.
It will push the boat but not very fast. This is one of the most affordable and reliable 3hp motors on the market. We have a lot of guys putting this motor on boats your size and they are very happy with them.
We do have some raw ones available. These will cost $309.99. If you are interested in one, just let us know and we can email you a custom invoice!
We can do 16 x 60" OR 24 x 60" pieces.
I would not go with anything smaller than this one - https://tbnation.net/products/livewell-tank-18-gal-all-welded
We recommend the 20-degree pods for 16-degree transoms.
It is possible, but it will be expensive. The ones we have listed on the website are too big for your boat so we will need to custom-make them. This means will need the exact dimensions you want and the angle of your transom to make them fit. Typical
The main difference will be your connection point into the fiberglass. You will need to use stainless steel self-tapping screws instead of rivets.
Most mud motors do not work on Jack Plates. Typically if you think you need a jack plate for your mud motor then the motor might not be right for the boat.
This depends on the phone you are using, but we think most of them let you use 2 Bluetooth connections at once.
You will want to look at the Gen 2 Double Graph Mount simply bc of the boat your putting it on. The Gen 2 is a stronger frame and will hold up better on your boat - https://tbnation.net/products/double-graph-mount-for-large-fish-finders
Not yet, it is on our "to do" list though. We are currently waiting on the flooring kits to be professionally cut and delivered to us before we move onto the decks and lids.
Yes it will. You will need the standard size, not the wide.
Unfortunately, the AutoBoat will not work with any MotorGuide trolling motors. The shaft diameter is too small for the AutoBoat unit.
Here is a link to our Transom Mounting Bracket - https://tbnation.net/products/transom-mounting-bracket. If you scroll down, there are dimensions of this bracket. You will just need to measure your motor to make sure it will work for you.
We have a few console options available - https://tbnation.net/pages/search-results-page?q=side%20console. As far as a kit with things like steering cables, we do not have or carry them.
Yes sir, you will need the cradle though. It looks like you purchased the bottom only portion of the gen 2 graph. Here is a link to the product page - https://tbnation.net/products/double-graph-mount-for-large-fish-finders. Once there, select the dro
At this time we do not have a way to add a bass seat to this boat. We have never tried as well, so we don't have any photos. This vessel is not very wide, adding a seat will be difficult because of its roto-molded design.
